I'm 5'4" and started with very little tissue like a 34A or so. I have 550ccs and love them! I size out a 30FF but look about a DD. If you are starting out a C cup I think you would look fabulous with 500 to 600ccs. Check with your PS about your BWD, the 600ccs were just too wide for me and I trusted him with the 550ccs. I absolutely love the size. If you can fit the 600s go for it. I've seen them on several girlfriends and they look fabulous! Good luck deciding!
